The "Shared Visions" show at the Divine Inspirations Gallery in Santa Barbara has been extended until July. This is a PACC members show and all of the artists have brought in new pieces to spruce up the already great looking show. If you are in the Santa Barbara, CA. area please try and drop by the gallery to see the exhibit. This is a great looking show by the members of PACC.

Have you managed to sell anything, it would amaze me if the one pictured hadn't gone. Wish I could see the show.

Hi Mick,
The one in the picture is one of the new pieces I just took down to the show to replace the work originally turned in. The show was scheduled as a 2 month show but the gallery owner had such great feedback on it that she asked if we would do 2 more months....cool!

Wish sales were better for me but I'm carrying the "you're not going to sell anything" curse right now, haha. Sometimes it is like that.

Thanks Mick!

I'm glad it was held over. Might go by to see it when I'm up visiting my daughter.

Hope you can make it in there to see the new work for the show. I changed out all of my work a few days ago. Very nice looking showing if I say so myself....shameless self promotion rearing it's ugly head, haha.

Love those sycamores - you paint such lovely trees!

Hi Matthew,
Glad you like the trees. Sycamores have been really fun to paint. I've always liked them and can remember seeing really large old sycamores right next to both elementary and Jr High schools I went to. Sycamores also turn colors which is awesome too. Thanks for checking out the Blog Matthew!
